Mu Delta Alpha Sorority, Inc. Training Portal – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility & Access
- Access to the Portal is granted exclusively to active members and candidates of Mu Delta Alpha Sorority, Inc.
- Accounts are individual and must not be shared under any circumstance.
- Providing false information during registration will result in immediate suspension of access and may lead to disciplinary action.
2. Mandatory Completion
- All assigned trainings are required for maintaining active membership and chapter standing.
- Deadlines set by National Standards must be strictly followed.
- Failure to complete mandatory training will result in:
- Placement of the member on inactive status,
- Fines or penalties as determined by MDA National Standards, and/or
- Chapter sanctions up to suspension of privileges.
3. Member Responsibilities
By registering, you agree to:
- Keep your login credentials secure and not allow others to log in under your name.
- Complete modules independently and honestly. Cheating, falsifying records, or having others complete modules on your behalf will result in disciplinary action.
- Maintain professionalism and respect when using the Portal and related discussion boards or communications.
4. Code of Conduct & Compliance
- You must uphold the values and policies of Mu Delta Alpha Sorority, Inc. while using this Portal.
- Any misuse of the Portal, including tampering with content, distributing materials without authorization, or disrespectful conduct, will result in suspension of access and further disciplinary review.
- Members remain subject to the MDA National Constitution, Bylaws, and Standards Policy Handbook at all times.
5. Intellectual Property
- All training content is the property of Mu Delta Alpha Sorority, Inc.
- Members are prohibited from copying, sharing, or distributing training modules, assessments, or resources outside of the Portal without written approval from Nationals.
6. Records & Privacy
- Training completion records will be maintained by Nationals for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Your data may be reviewed by National Standards, Compliance, or other authorized officers as needed to enforce membership requirements.
7. Non-Compliance & Disciplinary Action

Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in:
- Loss of access to the Portal,
- Individual fines,
- Inactive membership status,
- Suspension of chapter operations, or
- Expulsion from Mu Delta Alpha Sorority, Inc. (in extreme cases).
8. Portal Availability
- While Nationals will make every effort to ensure availability, technical failures or downtime do not excuse members from meeting training deadlines.
- Members are expected to plan accordingly and not wait until the last day to complete modules.
9. Modifications
- Mu Delta Alpha Sorority, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Updated terms will be binding upon posting, and continued use of the Portal constitutes acceptance.
10. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By checking the box and completing registration, you acknowledge:
- You have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- You understand that failure to comply will result in disciplinary action by Mu Delta Alpha Sorority, Inc.
